The engines are available on the D4, D6, D8, D11, D13 and D16 non-road models. The majority of Volvo CE?s Stage IV engines feature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology to reduce NOx emissions.

Wirtgen to produce Kleemann products

Wirtgen Group is working on its new plant in Pune for Kleemann range of crushers and screens. The phase II of this project was completed in January 2014. Civil works for Phase III-which will be a new facility of 10,000 sq m is in full swing and should be completed by the end of 2014. The first Kleemann product is expected to be rolled out by January 2015.

Mines ministry releases mineral production figures for January 2014

The total value of mineral production (excluding atomic & minor minerals) in the country during January 2014 was Rs. 19369 crore. The contribution of coal was Rs. 6908 crore, Petroleum (crude) Rs. 5954 crore, iron ore Rs. 2613 crore, natural gas (utilized) Rs. 1907 crore, limestone Rs. 406 crore and lignite Rs. 544 crore.
